Choose the Way That Suits You
Frame Online
Use our Online Frame Builder to explore frame, matboard and glazing combinations before submitting your preferred design for review.
Email Consultation
Send us photographs, dimensions and details of your item. We can provide design suggestions, visual concepts, recommendations and quotations by email.
Phone Consultation
Sometimes a conversation is the easiest place to start. We can discuss your project by phone and follow up with design ideas, images and pricing.
Video Consultation
For larger or more detailed projects, we can connect using Zoom, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp or similar platforms.
Video consultations can be particularly useful when discussing existing décor, matching previous framing, reviewing artwork or exploring design options together.
Repeat Orders & Existing Projects
Many customers return to match previous framing projects, continue a collection or maintain consistency throughout a home, business or institution.
Because we retain project records, repeat orders are often straightforward and easy to coordinate.
Nationwide Collection & Delivery
For selected framing projects, free collection and delivery may be available.
Where appropriate, we can arrange courier collection from your address, complete the framing in our Palmerston North workshop and return the finished piece anywhere in New Zealand. Availability and conditions may vary depending on the size, location and nature of the project.
Customers throughout New Zealand regularly trust us with artwork, photographs, certificates, needlework, memorabilia, medals and other treasured items.
Because every item is unique, we’re always happy to discuss the most suitable transport options before any arrangements are made, particularly where an item has significant sentimental, historical or monetary value.
Trusted Since 1985
Since 1985, Van Uffelen Gallery & Picture Framing has helped customers throughout New Zealand enjoy professional custom framing, regardless of where they live.
Distance no longer needs to be a barrier to expert framing advice and craftsmanship.
