Precision Flattening & Mounting
Successful mounting is about achieving a clean, flat finish without bubbles, ripples or distortion.
Our large-format vacuum mounting press enables us to flatten and permanently mount a wide variety of materials up to 2500 × 1300 mm, making it particularly well suited to oversized projects and work beyond the capacity of many standard framing workshops.
Whether mounting a single item or undertaking larger production runs, every project receives the same careful handling and attention to detail.
Mounting Onto the Right Substrate
Different projects require different substrates.
Some call for lightweight presentation, others require greater rigidity, while some simply demand the largest substrate available.
We regularly mount onto:
Acid-Free Foamboard — 3 mm, 5 mm & 10 mm
Archival Foamboard — 3 mm & 5 mm
MountCor — 5 mm
4 Ply & 8 Ply Matboards
MDF — 3 mm, 5 mm, 9mm & 12 mm
Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) — 4 mm & 6 mm
Palight PVC Board — 4 mm & 6 mm
We also have access to a wide range of mounting films, allowing us to select the most appropriate combination for each individual project.
