Creative Display Solutions
There is rarely a single solution.
Depending on the object, we may incorporate:
Glass-to-Glass Displays • Acrylic Sandwich Mounts • Suspended Mounting • Conservation Hinging • Floating Supports • Transparent Mounting Systems • Shadow Box Frames • Acrylic Display Cases • Custom Support Structures
The objective is always to reveal as much of the object as possible without compromising its long-term care.
Conservation-Conscious Framing
Displaying both sides of an object presents unique framing challenges.
Where appropriate, we can incorporate conservation-grade materials, UV-filtering glass or acrylic, reversible mounting methods and carefully engineered support systems to balance presentation, protection and long-term preservation.
For more detailed information, see our Conservation & Archival Framing page.
Designed Around the Object
No two projects are ever the same.
Some displays are designed so a handwritten letter can be read from both sides. Others reveal the reverse of a textile, the craftsmanship of a carved object or the construction of an historic artefact.
Rather than adapting the object to suit the frame, we design the frame around the object.
Working With Us Remotely
Many of our customers work with us from throughout New Zealand using email, phone and video consultations. Where appropriate, we can also arrange courier collection and return delivery.
If you have any concerns about transporting your item, we’re happy to talk through the most suitable options before you send it.

Let’s Explore the Possibilities
If you have an item that deserves to be viewed from more than one side, we’d love to discuss the possibilities.
Together we can develop a framing solution that respects the object, protects it for the future and reveals more of the story it has to tell.
