These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.
Returns & Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards and downloadable software
- Health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing may take some time.
- Contact your bank for further assistance.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at vanuffelen@xtra.co.nz and send your item to 90 Princess Street, Palmerston North, New Zealand.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to 90 Princess Street, Palmerston North, New Zealand. You are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
